Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping cost and delivery options for smaller orders are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, email wingmangroomingsupply@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

Cost

• Orders over $50: free standard shipping (that's three jars of Everyday Clay).
• Orders under $50: the shipping rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Processing time

We usually pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. During launches or busy seasons, it can take a little longer. If it will be more than a few days, we will email you.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order in your account.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to reship it, and you may need to pay the shipping cost again.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, your package says delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email wingmangroomingsupply@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We will work with the carrier and make it right. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
