Short version: be decent, use the products as directed, and know that orders are processed through our Shopify store. If something goes wrong, email us first. We would rather fix it.
Agreement
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Wingman Grooming Supply ("Wingman", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Orders and payment
- Checkout and payment happen on our Shopify store. Orders are also subject to the store's terms and policies shown at checkout.
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, a price was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
- We work to show prices, photos and descriptions accurately, but mistakes happen. If we find an error, we will correct it and let you decide whether to go ahead with your order.

Using our products
Everyday Clay is a cosmetic product for external use on hair. Read the label before use. Patch-test first if you have sensitive skin or allergies, and stop using it if irritation occurs. Keep it out of eyes and away from children. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Wingman Certified barbershops
Barbershops listed on our site are independent businesses. "Wingman Certified" means a shop carries and styles with our products. It does not mean we control, guarantee or are responsible for the shop's services, prices or conduct. Applying for certification does not guarantee approval.
Your use of the site
Don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in, overload or disrupt it, no scraping that harms it, no false information in forms, and no illegal use. Anything you send us, such as feedback or ideas, we may use without owing you anything. We will still handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The Wingman name, logos, the Wingman character, illustrations, photos, text and design of this site belong to Wingman Grooming Supply or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. Results vary from person to person and hair type to hair type. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wingman is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, please email wingmangroomingsupply@gmail.com so we can try to sort it out.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown at the top of this page and do not affect orders already placed.
